Sorry that my first post is a little bit of a rant, I very much enjoy the magazine!

There seems to be a little confusion over the subscription offers and their limited availability. When you go to open a new subscription it states everyone will receive whatever the latest offer is but (as happened with me) if you order late into the two month cycle there may not be anything left! A small addendum stating stock availability and not promising everyone an offer when there clearly is not enough would solve it.

Oh and maybe not putting the phone down on me when I try to offer the advice over the phone too!

Apologies also if this is not appropriate for the forums, I just thought it might be handy information. I will now go back to drooling over the magazine.

Apologies that we weren't able to deliver on the offer of the free book. We are now removing new subscriber offers and instead going to focus in on our 'exclusive subscriber only section', offering great deals and cool stuff to both old and new subscribers.

This will launch very soon. It has been delayed somewhat by our week our power failures and internet woes. This was also the reason for your phone call being cut short!
