Spam Messages

There seems to be a lot of spam messgaes going on...not sure if there is some fancy way of sorting it out

The problem is that these are people filling out the captcha form and confirming their emails etc then spamming the site.
All of them are from Chinese IP addresses so I'm considering blocking the full Chinese IP range... don't want to exclude any genuine Chinese LWLies fans. Are there any out there?!
